Welcome to Rah, a re–connective Saturday studio practice space in Berlin. 

This space grows slowly — more felt than defined it unfolded over years of holding space and becoming ready for more — more time, more space, more depth, more commitment, more sensation, more growth, more support, more community.. More you, more me, more us. 

Rah, or Ra, was the king of the gods and the father of all creation. He traveled across the sky each day on a solar barque that carried the sun — symbolically bearing the divine presence within and beyond the physical realm, to move you deeply from within, guiding you toward the very things you once turned away from.

Space, in Sanskrit ākāśa meaning "to shine, radiate, be visible" — in the form of awareness.  It is both the container and the expanse — it holds the presence within and beyond.

As Rah moves through the sky as light moves through space, this studio invites you to return: We are not here to fix ourselves. We are here to feel. Because in feeling lies the cure — not as a remedy, but as a return. An encouragement that nothing in us needs to be erased or improved — only met. So instead of hunting for your best self, you might allow yourself to be your true self.

Through movement, yogic technologies, sound and raw in-depth conversations, the studio's core practice is based on moving inner spaces — a multidriectional research on the spatiality of the body-mind-heart connection.
